DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Commitment to Copyright Protection

2rahen Media & Entertainment Inc. ("2rahen Media") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, producers, songwriters, and filmmakers worldwide. We comply with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and the European Union Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (Directive (EU) 2019/790).

It is our policy to promptly investigate notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action under applicable intellectual property laws, including disabling access to or removing infringing materials.

2. Designated DMCA Copyright Agent

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), notifications of claimed copyright infringement must be transmitted to 2rahen Media's Designated Agent:

3. Notice of Claimed Infringement (Takedown Notice)

To be legally effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification must be in writing and contain each of the following elements:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works).
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with reasonably sufficient detail to allow 2rahen Media to locate the material (e.g., exact direct URL, video ID, or title).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit 2rahen Media to contact you, including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you submitted, distributed, or produced through our platform was removed or disabled pursuant to a DMCA notice, and you believe this occurred due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Your counter-notification must be in writing and include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and the location at which it previously appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Los Angeles County, California if outside the US), and will accept service of process from the original claimant.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i)(1)(A), 2rahen Media enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to terminate distribution agreements, remove content slates, and block access to any creator, contributor, or partner deemed a repeat infringer.

6. Warning: False Claims & Statutory Damages

Please be advised that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to substantial liability for damages, including monetary costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by 2rahen Media.
