Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and 2rahen Media & Entertainment Inc. ("2rahen Media", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our websites, mobile interfaces, video streams, or interacting with our digital syndication channels, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with all provisions contained herein, you are expressly prohibited from accessing or using our Services and must discontinue usage immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All content created, licensed, co-produced, or published by 2rahen Media—including but not limited to dramatic scripts, screenplay treatments, video footage, episodic masters, sound recordings, musical scores, visual effects, character designs, trademarks, and branding logos (the "Proprietary Materials")—are the exclusive intellectual property of 2rahen Media or its licensors.

The Proprietary Materials are protected under United States copyright laws, international treaties, and applicable statutory frameworks including the Berne Convention and WIPO Copyright Treaty.

• You may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, publish, broadcast, screen commercially, sell, or exploit any portion of our video productions without prior written authorization from our Legal Affairs Department.
• All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms remain strictly reserved by 2rahen Media.

3. Permitted Limited License

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, 2rahen Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and view our publicly distributed promotional media and episodic streams solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Exploitation

When accessing our Services, you expressly covenant that you will NOT:

• Engage in automated data harvesting, scraping, crawling, spidering, or screen extraction of our media assets, scripts, or audience telemetry without written consent.
• Circumvent, disable, decrypt, or tamper with any digital rights management (DRM), geo-blocking restrictions, anti-piracy mechanisms, or streaming watermarks.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any underlying application, player architecture, or algorithmic distribution systems.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, automated bots, or engage in denial-of-service disruptions against our hosting infrastructure (including Cloudflare edge networks).
• Misrepresent your identity, falsely claim creator representation, or impersonate 2rahen Media executives, producers, or talent.

5. Unsolicited Pitches & Script Submissions

As a matter of long-standing corporate policy, 2rahen Media does not accept or review unsolicited scripts, treatments, concepts, or storyboards. This policy prevents potential misunderstandings when original productions developed internally or under contract resemble outside suggestions.

Any creative materials submitted outside of an executed Talent Representation or Co-Production Agreement will be deemed non-confidential and gratuitous, granting 2rahen Media an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to utilize such materials without attribution or financial compensation.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Streaming Outlets

Our content is frequently syndicated across third-party social networks and streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat). Your usage of those external platforms is concurrently governed by their respective terms of service and community guidelines. 2rahen Media bears no responsibility for third-party platform interruptions, account suspensions, or privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers & Warranty Exclusions

THE SERVICES AND ALL MEDIA ASSETS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, 2RAHEN MEDIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND CONTINUOUS ERROR-FREE STREAMING AVAILABILITY.

8. Limitation of Monetary Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL 2RAHEN MEDIA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 2rahen Media, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, officers, agents, and licensors from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your violation of these Terms or unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) in Los Angeles County, California. Both parties waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
